About this service
What this service is
Visaflow is a Japanese-language input assistance tool for foreign nationals who have difficulty reading and writing Japanese. It helps you organize the information you need for your own immigration application. You enter the information, you verify it, and you submit it yourself to the immigration authority. This service does not create documents on your behalf.
What this service does NOT do
- Legal consultation, legal judgment, or legal advice
- Advice on visa types or application eligibility
- Document preparation on your behalf (this service assists with input only)
- Administrative scrivener services (as defined under Article 1-2 of the Administrative Scriveners Act)
- Advice on remedies if an application is denied
When you need legal advice
If your situation requires legal judgment — for example, if you have had a past denial, have a complex family situation, or hold a special residence status — we recommend consulting a licensed administrative scrivener.
